How much does a cleaning cost?
Your price is based on the service, your number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, the current condition of the home, any add-ons, and how often you'd like us to come. Standard cleans start at $195, Deep cleans at $279, Move In/Out cleans at $315 and Airbnb turnovers at $210. Use the instant price tool to see your exact number.

No hidden fees. New York sales tax is calculated on our booking page from your ZIP code (for example, 8% in Onondaga County) and shown before you confirm. Cancellation and lockout fees apply only as described in our cancellation policy.

Yes. Weekly service is 15% off, every two weeks is 10% off, and every three weeks is 5% off, starting with your second cleaning. Your first cleaning is the regular price. Every-four-weeks and one-time cleanings are regular price.

No. There is no contract and no minimum number of visits. You can change or stop your schedule whenever you need, and rescheduling or cancelling a single visit is free with at least 24 hours of notice.

A Standard Clean keeps a regularly cleaned home clean: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors and trash. A Deep Clean adds the detail work: baseboards, doors and trim, window sills, blinds, the outside of vent covers, ceiling fans, switches and outlets, cabinet fronts, and scrubbing grout and buildup. We recommend a Deep Clean for first visits or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while.
