Privacy policy

FlexPro Cleaners ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use flexprocleaners.com, book a cleaning, or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Home details you enter in our price tool (service, bedrooms, bathrooms, home size, condition, frequency, add-ons). These stay in your browser to calculate your price and are not sent to us.
• Booking information you provide on our booking page: name, email, phone, service address, access instructions and payment card. Bookings are processed by our booking provider, Booking Koala, under its own terms and privacy policy.
• The booking form on this site is provided by Booking Koala. It loads only when you choose to start a booking, not when you simply browse. Once it loads, Booking Koala sets its own cookies and receives technical data such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. Everything you type into that form goes to Booking Koala, not to us.
• Messages you send us by phone, text or email.
• How the site is used. We record which pages are opened and which buttons are used (for example, getting a price or starting a booking) on our own systems. This sets no cookie and stores no identifier, so it is counted but not tied to you, and it is never combined with your booking details.

How we use it

• To schedule, perform and follow up on your cleaning.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and service updates.
• To answer your questions and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, see our SMS terms for how messaging works and how to opt out.

Payment information

Card details are entered on our booking provider's secure page and processed by its payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
