The usual pattern: one Deep Clean to reset the detail areas, then recurring Standard Cleans to keep it there. From the second cleaning, weekly is 15% off, every two weeks 10% off, and every three weeks 5% off.
What it costs on a real home
Both services are priced by bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and condition, but each has its own square-footage scale, so the gap between them grows with the home. These are our live prices, before New York sales tax:
| Home | Standard Clean | Deep Clean | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bed, 1 bath Under 1,300 sq ft | $195 | $279 | +$84 |
| 3 bed, 2 bath 1,500 - 1,699 sq ft | $331.84 | $433.78 | +$101.94 |
| 4 bed, 2.5 bath 2,500 - 2,999 sq ft | $569.84 | $749.78 | +$179.94 |

Common questions
Do I need a deep clean first?
We recommend it if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while. A Deep Clean resets the detail areas, then recurring Standard Cleans keep the home at that level.
How much more is a deep clean?
It depends on the size of the home, because Deep Cleans are priced on their own square-footage scale. On a 1 bed, 1 bath under 1,300 sq ft it's $84 more. On a 3 bed, 2 bath at 1,500 - 1,699 sq ft it's $101.94 more. On a 4 bed, 2.5 bath at 2,500 - 2,999 sq ft it's $179.94 more. Your exact figure takes about 60 seconds in the price tool.
Does a deep clean include the inside of the oven and fridge?
No. The insides of the oven, fridge, microwave and kitchen cabinets, and interior windows, are add-ons for every service, so you only pay for them if you want them.
